House Crawley Sparks

Located in the suburban streets of Gladesville, Sydney, House Crawley-Sparkes was once a post war cottage with a limited connection to the garden. The house now has open areas for enjoying the outdoors – a new large outdoor room, and in the garden, a new pool and separate outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven. The limited textures and colours establish the outdoors from the indoors. The internal rooms have crisp white walls that enhance the deep black Japan timber floors & timber veneer doors. On the outside and in the adjoining kitchen the white structure is light and open. House Crawely-Sparkes is an elegant home with only the red brick street frontage as a reminder of the post war cottage.
