House Sturrock-Spencer

The renovation of House Sturrock-Spencer, a semi-detached house, was all about maximising natural light. With the party wall situated on the north side, the living areas were dark and uninviting. The main changes included – new clerestory windows above the kitchen, a light well in the middle of the open-living area and, additional reflective surfaces like the mirrored splashback. The new features created a fresh and light-filled home.
