Sheeth Headquarters
Marrickville
Gadi Country
The brief
Breathe new life into the warehouse property. Reflect the family building business philosophy of quality craftsmanship in the new headquarters, while elevating the working lives of the team.
The result
With lofty ceiling heights, exposed steel trusses, concrete floors and redbrick walls, the ‘bare bones’ of the warehouse drove a raw interior expression – countered by restrained, high quality detailing.
Dedicated to bringing light and vitality to Sheeth’s workspaces, an expansive courtyard is cut into the centre of the warehouse. Open to the sky, this gesture draws natural light and breezes deep into the space, while offering an intuitive gathering place for the team to connect.
The feeling
A robust yet playful workplace showcasing conspicuous detail and care.

'Like many of Studio Prineas’ projects there is an absolute abundance of detailing at work behind the scenes to create the illusion of simplicity. There is also a real sense of deeply understanding their client with amenity and hospitality writ large in this astounding space.'
